Who is doing it?
AppliedSailing.com’s Principal, Norman Martin, holds a US Coast Guard license for carrying up to six passengers for hire. He is an American Sailing Association certified Advanced Coastal Cruising Instructor, Instructor Evaluator, and Facility Evaluator. He has been teaching sailing to adults since 1985.
